We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receipt on 01582 455477, quoting our order number, and return the goods to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us unless the goods are faulty or delivered to you in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Information
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@customat.co.uk or contact us on 01582 455477 quoting our order number.

Allow 14-28 days for delivery, subject to availability. If your order is likely to take any longer, you will be notified. Your order will be despatched when every item is available.

Delivery will be between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. UK mainland addresses only. 

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at info@customat.co.uk or call us on 01582 455477, quoting your order number. If the order has already been despatched, then you will need to follow our returns policy process outlined above.
